Educators need temporary staffing to weather the storm.  But finding temps who can hit the ground running is difficult.  QCS solves this problem.  We provide temporary staffing at different levels of expertise and in various time zones.  Our experienced team members understand the nuances of education, and they seamlessly integrate into your operations.

There's no long term commitment.  Daily and weekly rates are available.  Long-term and project-based contracts are also possible.  Since most requests involve multiple tiers of support, all pricing is customized.

Entry-level Support

Tier 1 services provide entry-level support.  Similar roles include administrative assistants and receptionists.  These services often meet day-to-day needs, support routine operations, and prop up procedures during staff shortages.  Examples of Tier 1 services include:
  • Clerical support and slide creation
  • Virtual receptionist
  • Verifying passport information
  • ​Calendar management
  • Updating forms, handouts, and materials
  • Spreadsheet review or development

Mid-level Support

Tier 2 services provide mid-level support.  Similar roles include coordinators, advisors, program managers, and assistant directors.  These services can meet day-to-day needs, but often demand more expertise and require knowledge of best practices.  Examples of Tier 2 services include:

  • Orientation development or administration (online and in-person)
  • Application management (review, evaluation, processing)
  • Virtual student advising (programs and academics)
  • Curriculum integration (course equivalencies, advising sheets, etc.)
  • Software support (updating program pages, creating forms, developing content, etc.)
  • Scholarship management (applications, materials, and selection)
  • Faculty support (workshops & virtual training)

Executive-level Support

Tier 3 services provide advanced levels of support.  Similar roles include directors, senior international officers, and vice provosts.  These services require high levels of expertise, experience, and complexity.  Examples of Tier 3 services include:

  • Research, SWOT, bench-marking, and assessment services
  • Report and proposal writing (accreditation, executive proposals, etc.)
  • Human resource infrastructure (prioritization, job descriptions, re-organization, manuals, training, etc.)
  • Strategic planning (mission statements, outcomes & key results, crafting narratives, etc.)
  • Program development (proposals, needs assessment, and facilitation)
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion (planning, implementation, and bench-marking)
