5-Step Process

Are you ready to get started?  You can request QCS services in 5 easy steps.  There's no commitment to get started!
STEP 1: Submit a Service Request
Complete an online service request form.  There's no commitment when you fill out the form!  We’ll ask about your office, the work you need, and your ideal timelines.  Not sure what kind of services you need?  That’s okay.  We can talk through the options in step 2!
step 2: Schedule a Quick zoom session
Within 2 business days, we will contact you about your request.  We will schedule a short Zoom session to talk through your needs and goals for the service.
step 3: receive a customized proposal
After your Zoom session, you’ll receive a customized service proposal.  This will outline the terms, structure, job description, and pricing for services.  There’s still no commitment!  If you have questions or want to make changes, just contact us!
step 4: sign the contract
Once you sign the contract, we begin sourcing a team member for you.  We will send you the profile for our recommended team member for your review.
step 5: Kick off QCS services
Now the fun part begins.  We will work with you to onboard the QCS team member and make sure that they have access to the systems that they need.  You can welcome the team member to your office!
It typically takes 5-10 business days to complete the process.   The process may take longer depending on the contracting and Human Resources requirements of your organization.
